Hey guys those who started with a low cd4 and started treatment and of course your antibiotics did you guys go places like out to eat and etc I find myself in the house often because I be scared and I just don’t want to mess anything up I been taking my meds on time everyday and I feel alot better than I was just curious on how y’all handle things

Yes, I am in this for most of my 62 years, being diagnosed in 1985. It is a lifelong journey.
Learn everything you can about HIV. Today it is highly manageable with medication, therapies, lifestyle changes, and precautionary measures that become normal daily routines, second nature.
NEVER Allow HIV to define you or place limitations on your abilities. You have it in you to succeed at anything you do.
as long as ur following treatment as directed you will be fine. i live everyday like every other i work 6 days 40+ hours a week (serving so i deal with the public). i have all my vax caught up and have not gotten sick. though my cd4 count was in the mid 400's when i found out so. this is how i feel but everyone is different
@leo5 My dr. says "getting out will do you some good" Get it in now before the weather changes. I didn't find that anything on the outside bothered me more than usual other than cat scratches. (I have cats)
Man god bless you and you are aspiring man I promise you make me feel a whole lot better I really appreciate you commenting man. I’m young black male in Houston and I’m just still trying to gather my thought and concern while dealing with this
