I eat healthier. More organic foods. I eat out less and cook more at home. I have eliminated sodas and other high fructose products from my diet. I just need to stick to an exercise regimen.

I’m diabetic so have to watch what I eat and the amount, too. My glucose level shoots up and I can always tell because my legs and feet hurt. I get my blood labs done this morning and am hoping to get better results. Last quarter I was detectable for the first time in years so if that happens again I may have to change meds…all very worrisome…but it would be a welcome change if it will get my t-cells back up above 300. They have been above 400 for years now but never above 500. Diet is so important. I try and eat fresh vegetables every day. I’m not strictly vegetarian but do eat some meat products like fish, chicken, turkey or ham three times a week or so.
