Good morning my friend and I'm sorry you're experiencing this. I had a lot of issues with my body temperature as being I am a smaller person in size and thin. But having said that I've had friends that are on the opposite scale and what I learned is that not all of us take care of our hormones. A lot of men think that this is a female issue but it is not. Especially with HIV
our thyroid and endocrine systems must be checked. What I would advise is for you to get a referral for an endocrinologist and have him or her check your cortisol levels and your thyroid functions. It may be as simple as a pill to regulate your body🙄🤔😚

It happens to me as well. But I'm 54 and overweight. I think that's the primary reason.

It could be your immune system fighting against something doesn’t necessarily have to be HIV.

Sounds like it might be a thyroid issue. Suggest getting that checked.

@A myHIVteam Member my Dr said it's part of my neuropathy.(Autonomic). I also have problems with my bladder and sexual issues as a result.
