Hi guys, i feel crazy like theres somethung wrong with my brain like my body is warning me
Anxiety sucks. It seems that HIV does affect the brain . I've had numerous talks with my doctor and scientists about the effects of HIV on the brain and it's neurological disorders... Unfortunately not enough information nor research has been applied to the brain and it is an organ that we must investigate. But having said that,...everything you guys discuss is Right on Target. Don't worry I think 90% of all positive people have experienced this along with some sort of depression along the way. Stay strong and know that you are not alone. Much love ๐งก๐๐๐๐โค๏ธ๐ค
I have had this challenge on and off most of my life. For me counseling was the answer, as an addict (sober now but will always be one) I resisted medication. I have been told there are a few good ones. My sister takes, (Klonopin is a medication known as a benzodiazepine. The mediation is used to treat seizures, panic attacks, and anxiety,)on a PRN basis and it really helps her. Like the others have said I use breathing exercises and it really helps me. I just have to stop my mind from spiraling, it tends to do this if I don't watch and keep it in check! Pastor David
Just breathe and you recover
