Members opened up about their support systems when life feels overwhelming, with most expressing gratitude for family members, close friends, romantic partners, and faith communities who check in during difficult times, listen without judgment, and show up with both practical help and emotional solidarity. Several members emphasized how meaningful this online community has become as a source of connection and reassurance, with many affirming that no one has to face their struggles alone. A recurring theme was finding creative outlets like yard work or nurturing plants to manage worry and overthinking, with one member beautifully noting that nature can teach new ways to cope when traditional support feels out of reach.

Yes, and my latest is this team! My family/extended family, and friends from church have supported me before, and during this journey. I feel blessed above measure. Having that solid base, allows me to share freely with others. At one time I felt badly but, I have learned that to whom much is given, much is required. I have been given much, therefore I feel compelled to share the support given to me.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!!!

Thank you. In March the guy I fell in love with broke up with me for his ex-boyfriend who is negative
I hope it isn't because of me being positive but who knows

Yes. My girlfriends and cousin, know when I’m about to have an attack and in a depressive state. They call or text to check in, went on walks with me (when they hate it), show up with wine and a movie. They’re all ears and never sugar coat anything. They know my status and support me fully.
