Bad Days
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

Just curious what some symptoms you have on a bad day being positive? I'm wondering if its normal or if its just me. I'm healthy for the most part so having a bad day really sucks.

On a bad day for me:
1. I have no energy
2. I wake up fine, and then all of the sudden feel like crap.
3. I use the bathroom a lot
4. I dont want to get out of bed
5. Sore throat that wont go away
6. Antisocial

Yesterday, out of no where, I lost my balance and fell for no typical reason. Does anyone have trouble… read more

All but no sore throat. I now get out of bed and push myself and I've found out that prayer works for me.

I have had alot of those symptoms some got better and went away the longer I have been on treatment some haven’t.

I was on Biktarvy for the first year and I became undetectable but I was tired all of the time so I just switched to Dovato a monthe ago and I feel much better the fatigue is still there but nothing like before and I can deal with it. I also started seeing a therapist who put me on Lexapro for my depression and anxiety. That has been a huge help in getting me interested in life again. I work out 5 days a week and work full time so I try and eat right and rest as mich as possible. I also pay attention to my body. If I’m just too exhausted i don’t go to the gym.

I am currently stugbling with foot pain but again I am hopeful that will ebb off as I continue with the new medication.

Your quality of life is just as important as your numbers. Perhaps it's time to change doctors.. 🤗🤗🤗
