I started it last week. I am in the same boat.
Developed some anxiety issues with Genvoya - which I think was attributable to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and / or dehydration. May or may not have been related to Genvoya - but, in any case switched to Biktarvy and started carrying little butterscotch candies around - as well as small bottles of Gatorade G2 - just in case it seems like a sugar crash may be coming on. Some of these meds can impact blood sugar and hydration levels. And the Atripla prior to Genvoya and Biktarvy had a sedating aspect to it, so perhaps adjusting to being off of that was part of the story - since these new meds don't have any sedating component. In any case, the problem is now resolved after several adjustments including Rx change to Biktarvy. Good luck with whatever you have going on! Hopefully just some minor adjustments needed. Hugz, Brad
I was on Genvoya for a couple of years. My only side effect was weight gain (apart from my thyroid issues) which is worse with my weight.
I started Genvoya Jan 2018-- and love it! I was taking Atripla for 11 years and the side effects wer aweful! JUst not having dream/nightmares works for me!
