Is There Difference Between A Spreader And Carrier?

Is There Difference Between A Spreader And Carrier?

A carrier state is not seen in HIV infection.
Sooner or later a person infected with HIV and not treated will be affected by the infection themselves.
Though a state of Clinical latency occurs in persons infected with HIV, who inspite of the virus replicating in the lymphatic system and rapidly accumulating a large viral load may at first have no symptoms and show no signs of AIDS. These persons may be infectious.
