Anyone Else Having Issues Maintaning A Undetectable Viral Load?

I started my treatment 2 years ago on Truvada and Tivicay and within 30 days went from 150,000 down to 150. The doctor was amazed. My loading fluctuated between undetectable and 40. I ended up switching doctors and she added Prescobix and it made my loading shoot up to 180. After two months and it not going down, she now has me on Triumeq and it is slowly bringing it back down. I was under the impression that anything under 150 was considered untransmittable.

all kinds of things can play with your viral load. not getting enough rest, a poor diet, stress, being sick (with or without symptoms) or a combination of 2 or more of all the mentioned.
