Is anyone out there on Juluca? Biktarvy is a definite NO as Genvoya almost killed me and my current two pill combo Prezcobix and Isentress has to go. Just been doing my research as my natural course was derailed by a nasty viral infection so I’m looking to get as much of these toxins out of my regimen and Juluca is the first with only 2. Thanks everyone💫

Members responded to a question about Juluca and its components by sharing their own treatment experiences, with several describing personal struggles with Genvoya, including weight gain, rashes, heart concerns, and exhaustion. Many community members described switching to combinations like Tivicay and Descovy as a positive change, noting fewer side effects such as no more dizziness or nausea compared to older regimens like Atripla. A recurring theme was the importance of researching your options, listening to your body, and leaning on community support and faith when navigating difficult treatment decisions.

I'm on Tivicay & Descovy & it has worked well for me. I think it's the best treatment combo, I've had no side effects; except it makes me sleep a lot, so I jut take it at night before I go too bed.

I've been on Genvoya since April and so far so good. I was prepared for all kinds of side effects but so far I have had none. When I go to my appointment on Monday I will ask about what effects this will have on my heart and Kidneys.

Depending on your blood work, perhaps tivicay 50mg & descovy 200/24 could be a 2 pill combo to help.
Both are are a replacement for Atripla.

After many many years of Atripla, I was moved to Descovy & Tivicay. What a wonderful experience. No more dizziness or nausea.
