I have so much stigma in my head about how hiv was. I remember in the 90s how horrible it was. I know it’s much more manageable now. Just can’t seem to work past all my old stigmas

I agree. Visibility is the enemy of stigma. I can live “out” without concerns, but unfortunately some can’t.
This can be finances, insurance, side effects, stigma, dating, or just about anything. What is your biggest obstacle?

I’ve not found a way to search members and confirm this with data, but there appears to be a much higher percentage of women than men here from the continent of Africa. Of the few men I see, several appear to have been infected at birth. Is this because a low percentage of men have the virus, or are there other reasons?
Even in the USA, we just did something incredibly destructive to women's healthcare by suspending Roe v Wade. If it was men's healthcare, it never would have happened.
As a person with 3 chronic diseases (diabetes, venous insufficiency and HIV), I do not see a promising future in the medium term.

Have you spoken to your doctor about depression? If not, please do. I believe it is the biggest danger to us with HIV. An antidepressant, and or therapy can help.
