What has everyone used that has been able to lose the visceral belly fat that comes along with hiv? Exercise has done nothing to reduce mine and it fluctuates in size. I've thought about egrifta, but not sure the side effects are worth it and not sure I can get coverage on my insurance provider. Thoughts?
I tried agrifta to but it did not work and I was afraid of all the side effects so I stopped using it
Was curious if others have experienced hard belly fat.

Could pay cash when ssd comes thru. Nope! 8000.00 is pricetag. Why make med for aids patients and price it so high nobody can afford it? That's not fair but they did it in beginning too. If u couldn't afford meds in beginning many died that didn't need to. Why do they do this? Checking with my practicioner Tuesday to see if I can get Tesamorelin 2mg from online pharmacy. I started taking Delstrigo earlier this year but I have developed inflammation in my liver. All my medication has been stopped but seeing my doctor tomorrow to discuss what is going to happen next. I’ve been undetectable for many years so I’m feeling a little worried about what the next step will be. Anyone else had any issues with this medication?
Ask your doctor about egrifta? It is made for liver issues you are experiencing due to the HIV medication
I've had a buffalo hump since the late 90's. My limbs are thinner than normal.

I gain significant weight since I started Biktarby. Most of it is on my abdomen and have a hard belly . I become very depressed and insecure because I never been this heavy I am 5'9 and am 250lbs. I brought this up awhile ago, but just read an article in POZ or a journal that men with viceral fat have are 12% more likely have shorter lifespans than those that don't. Problem is, it is very hard to get rid of and get your BMI back to normal. Crunches don't do anything really. I have heard mainly exercise and special diet are the best. Can someone guide me in this question, what are the career options for us to go to college? I was trying to get into an associates degree but I searched if hiv person is allowed to work in that field and I found out that I can’t. I’m beyond broken and sad... why does it have to be this way?
