Here’s your local information if you have a Ryan White Case Manager they should be able to connect you with maybe a Housing Case Manager, locally we have way more people who NEED services and NO money or places to put them.
The national government is currently pulling funding and grants for long term housing. They are approving temporary housing grants and funds but we have long term forever housing programs being canceled.
These programs are no longer running the way they did. If resources like this are not being presented to you it’s probably because the list is so long it’s really not an option. But it never never hurts to ask.

When I was living in California I was receiving HOPWA benefits. It's an amazing program that has helped so many people survive and thrive. It's really a blessing
