Members responded to the question about go-to rituals for finding peace with a warm mix of creative, spiritual, and sensory comforts. Several members shared that music, prayer, and soothing drinks like chamomile tea or Dr Pepper help them reset, while others found relief through physical activity like walking or hands-on work like baking or fixing appliances. A recurring theme was the comfort of staying busy with something meaningful, whether creative or practical, as a way to quiet stress and restore a sense of calm.

I start baking, it's my way of relaxing. I love to bake and try to make new things ( lol sometimes it doesn't come out right and I have to throw it out and start again).
