at the top of this screen, there is something that says: Meet Others. Click on that. In once you click on that, in the search box, type in Montreal, Quebec, or just type in QC. Typing in Montreal, QC will just give people in Montreal, just typing in QC will give everyone in Quebec. It will filter out people just in Quebec. You can also filter out by sex as well.
