Members rallied around someone experiencing muscle spasms and twitching in their right arm that wasn't responding to hospital-prescribed muscle relaxers, offering a variety of helpful suggestions. Several members shared that magnesium supplementation helped with their muscle twitching, while others recommended acupuncture, warm baths, and topical pain relievers like BenGay as natural or complementary options. A recurring theme was encouraging the person to follow up with their doctor and ask about nerve-related causes, electrolyte imbalances, and vitamin B12 deficiency as possible reasons for the symptoms.

I used acupuncture 33 years ago to curve the side effects of being drug free and it worked 🥳🎉🥳and so I’m getting ready to go back to acupuncture to help me get through sciatic nerve pain in my leg 🦵 acupuncture has progressed over the years and it is really really good 👍 😁plus to me is holistic and better than having to take a bunch of medication’s to address pain.😣 I agree with you both.👍😃👍🌹🌹🌹 let me know how it worked for you and I will keep you all informed on my end.

I am not having those symptoms right now, but I did when I was previously taking Julucca. However, right now I am currently taking CabeNuva which gives me two injections every 60 days. The most I deal with is constipation. However, I went to see a chiropractor yesterday because I am dealing with sciatica nerve pain in my left leg and shoulder pain. He may have to do some additional research using Google or web MD.
