Grateful for doing the research (never stop learning) on aging (and aging in place), exercising, yoga practice, connection with people (via zoom, phone, and facetime). Maintaining a daily schedule (will be retired 20 yrs. in January 2026) and a routine that's productive but not busy just to be busy. Will be HIV+ 42 years January 2026. We (USA) are in chaos currently and possibly for the next 3 yrs. My world is NOT chaotic but at peace. Am hopeful that my life will make a difference to me, my friends and family. Amen!
Wow! Gratitude is the absolute best attitude ‼️ I’m grateful every day I’m able to open my eyes in my right mind and still have use of my limbs and arthritis isn’t beating me down. Grateful that I’m able to pay my bills and live alone. Grateful that I have set boundaries and don’t give a hoot about who doesn’t like them! Grateful that I can say no without feeling guilty! Grateful that I had the courage to step down from every board and club at church on 10/20/2025 and I have never felt so free! Grateful that God allowed me to be 60 and in 1992 the doctors told me I had 3 years to live and I’m able to be in this group with All of you wonderful individual!
That would be awesome 👍
JimfromWisconsin it has been a fantastic 6 years on the road, going on my 7th. I've been across the country 5 times and to Alaska once. I visited 36+ National Parks, many state parks and several Presidential Libraries. I hesitate to write or post any pictures, and there are many, on this site. I've been HIV+ for 25 years and handled the situation as best as I could. Some of the side effects of the medications have taken their toll, but haven't stop me. I would love to share my experiences and pictures. Perhaps I will post some in the near future and write about my experiences.
greatful for this site where we can help each other navigate this damn virus and give advice and tips that out doctors don't tell us about.
