Canada just recently over the years changed their laws where you no longer have to disclose to a partner about your diagnosis as long as your medicated... as you can see the grey area is still there as there are a few still who don't disclose when they should be. I disclose regardless what the law requires, to me I just feel like it is the right thing to do.

I was quick to post my status all over social media, at work and anywhere else. If I got to hear people complain about their sugar and blood pressure which are bad due to their lifestyle choices, then I am not going to hide the fact that my lifestyle choices to be great in bed got me HIV.

#LeeAnnWilliams why do you say unfortunately.I'm just curious. if you're person with HIV this undetectable you still want to be charged with felony because you didn't tell someone?
