I had them before. Surgery twice because they came back the second time. When they came back the third time, as soon as I noticed, I went with the cream. Haven't had an outbreak since. The cream actually changes the cells of the area. It does burn after using it for a few days, but surgery is worse.

Upon my id pcp identifying what my late husband and I thought were hemorrhoids as anal warts she she sent an appointment request to the surgery department and the next thing I know I am sitting up an early am surgery session ...
Well with my late husband being a trucker even tho the appointment was a month away he could not arrange to get time off in the middle of. The week .

In a panic I did something I said I woukd never do and called my parents to see if one of them could get me to the hospital and back home .

Mutha finally arrived and away we did go then after the surgery was done she got me home and even stayed an hour to be sure I could take care of myself until husband got home the next week .

Now granted I did try to make lite of the situation while in the or before the lidocaine in the iv line kicked in .

As I laid there a sheet covering my lower half the dr lifted my feet and put them in the stirrups and that was ny clue.

I pushed the sheet down between my legs and smiled at the masked Dr and said " doc your the only man other than my husband to get my feet that high " .

Well that of course set the or staff to laffung heartily and I was in la la land until I awoke a couple of hours later in the recovery room .

Good day everyone, I currently have anal warts due to HPV and I have been taking Biktarvy for almost two months. I mentioned in my follow-up appointments for HIV that I have these warts but they have not given me any advice and I thought it was merely cosmetic. Thank you all for your comments so I can learn about your situations and be able to treat mine. I am going to consult with my doctor to see if tea tree oil or creams would be a good way to treat them. Thank you all!

Buen día para todos, actualmente tengo verrugas anales a causa del vph y tengo casi dos meses tomando biktarvy, eh mencionado en mis consultas de seguimiento por el VIH que tengo estás verrugas pero no me han orientado al respecto y pensaba que era meramente estético, gracias a todos por sus comentarios para poder conocer sus situaciones para poder tratarme las mías, voy a consultar con el médico si con el aceite de te de árbol o cremas será conveniente tratarlas, gracias a todos!

I had my warts frozen off. Save for a bit of sharpness as that spot froze it was quite tolerable. I experienced minor tenderness where they were frozen off. But that is blood rich tissue and seems to heal quite fast. Nothing lasted a full day.
