All of the above but they don't disappear, they lay in wait and appear in their own good time. Fat deposits move, example my face has hollowed, my arms and legs have lost muscle mass, my stomach has expanded by about 12 inches. The side effects seem to feed each other so you just clear one and another arises. So you go around the carousel again. There are many more, just need to deal as they arise.
