@A myHIVteam Member, your medical case manager should be able to help you with that. I get insurance from the healthcare.gov website, and the ryan white program pays for the monthly premiums. I still have to pay all the copays and out-of-pocket costs, but ryan white pays the monthly premium. Your medical case manager can help you with this.
Also, under the healthcare.gov site, losing your insurance would be considered a life change to qualify.
