I have seen some TV shows about Canada. I'm not sure if we have any HIV Positive Canadians or not. Do people in Canada that live in Igloos have to worry about meds freezing?

Um, you do know that even in the very, very, very, very far north of Canada, it does warm up, right? Your meds are going to freeze just as much as theirs. The inside of igloos can be as warm as 61F/16C.
Thinking people live in igloos year round is like them thinking do you live in a treehouse year round.
