I just take a multivitamin with multi minerals supplement. This is what I use. There are other brands. Just be sure it says multivitamin AND multi minerals.
I used to get them for free with Ryan White, now they are like $3.
B12 is supposed to be really good for people
I like B4 but sometimes have to settle for after.
