@A myHIVteam Member some tens units are not very expensive, some are. just depends on what you want it to do.
No need for a prescription and you can buy it with an HSA if you have one.

Please talk to your doctor because neuropathy is irreversible. A lot of it comes from the side effects of your antiviral drugs. Please go over the other drugs and see if you can change to a drug that does not have the side effect. Please make an appointment and talk to your doctor.

I use gabapentin 600mg as well, it helps some, but not 100%. I also use a tens unit. That too helps, but again, only for a short time, but it feels amazing when you use it. I've fallen asleep a few times using the tens unit.
