I like this website but I want to meet other average people like me...
I used to volunteer at a camp for people living with HIV it was called camp Benedict and it was for people living with HIV and their families. It was truly a beautiful experience I got t lead the men's group and I had some powerful experiences with people. Unfortunately last year was the last time. I wish I had the means to take it over it was really at a great camp here in Minnesota called camp Knutson.

Mike & I attended a Presbyterian church in Tucson that was pretty progressive. Mike & I were the token gay couple, but we never felt unwanted. We did some overnight slots there for homeless men during Deep Freeze nights.
Anyway, someone had donated a cabin in the mountains just north of the city. You could use the cabin for like $35 a weekend. Ridiculously low, but no one was using it much. We fell in love with it, always leaving it in better shape than we found it. Some of my best memories with Mike.
I agree that a mountain retreat would be wonderful @A myHIVteam Member & @A myHIVteam Member.
