It all depends on when the HIV decides to come out of it's hidden reservoirs. HIV can't be detected when it's hidden from my understanding.

Hi Norlar , Iam asking after an exposure if one is experiencing heavy symptoms and tested negative until 6 months and any chances he will turn positive later ?

As of now, once positive always positive. There are rare exceptions, but not the norm.
