Anyone out there who has sleeping problems? Every evening I dread going to bed. I wake up in the morning feeling awful.

It can be awful not getting a good night’s sleep, but there are some strategies based on evidence that can help in some cases.

I try and avoid caffeine after midday, and it helps if I get up early and have done some exercise too. Reading a book in bed helps me fall asleep.

There is also evidence that avoiding alcohol can help, as well as limiting screen use before going to bed. There is other advice too, like not having the bedroom hot.

Some meds and lifestyles can interfere with sleep so it’s always good to talk issues through with your doctors and support team.

There’s a fascinating book on the science of sleep by Matthew Walker. He did a TedTalk and various YouTube vids too.

Hey there !! Try sleep 3 ! It is melatonin. In addition, watch your caffeine intake before bedtime. Develop a routine!!
