I had a cist one one of mine. Had to have surgery twice. Glad it's not that. Very painful. Best to have it checked out. Now I have one normal size, and the other has gotten very small. Weird

Blue Balls for sure. Be careful when you beat that thing. I suggest somewhere outside where one can get hurt. You might put an eye out.
