It shouldn't be a problem.
Just research the countries first.
There are still a very few that will not allow people with HIV to stay, or enter.
Otherwise, it's not a problem. Some countries that will let you in and live there though, may have restrictions on your healthcare though. Some countries have a 5 years waiting list before you can use their services. You can still be treated, but you'll pay the full bill until you meet the required qualifications to get their healthcare.
