I have talked to lots of folks that take their ARTs at a specific time. Starting Sunday, most of the USA will be on Daylight Savings time. Are you looking forward to it?

I can't stand DST. It is so outdated, and it destabilizes our bodies internal clocks and sleep schedule. That being said, it does not affect when I take my meds. That remains a constant at least.

Either you are for daylight saving time or you are for standard time.
The standard time people do not want permanent daylight saving time.

No Daylight Savings in Arizona. My viruses are a bit confused. Some of them forget, and set their tiny watches back. The little virus punch clock is all screwed up.🦠📟🧨
