I think healthcare there is universal or free but I'm not sure how to navigate HIV care internationally. For example, I wonder if my specific medication is prescribed there or if will I have to change it.

If I remember correctly, there is only 1 person from Vietnam on this site, but they are not active. There is no way to find out who it is. Some people you can search for by state, province or country. But not all countries are listed on this site to filter from.

It's called AHF or AIDS Healthcare Foundation which is a non-profit organization dedicated to HIV/AIDS care(or at least their website claims it to be). I'll post the link here so you can take a look and see how it looks, I'd appreciate a second opinion on it.
