Franklin is so right. For now, your health is more important than "sq*irter". Try not to get overwhelmed. Yes, it's hard to talk with your doctor, but you need those uncomfortable conversations. In time, they will no longer have awkward conversations. You must actively participate in your healthcare to remain healthy in all forms. Doctors cannot help us if we're not honest and open about our health.
