Anyone who speaks Uzbek in NYC and has some time to help? Sorta urgent

An asylum seeker from Uzbekistan was released from detention a couple of days ago. He doesn’t speak English, his Russian is limited but functional. He’s running out of meds (biktarvy) and he needs help to start seeing a doctor. I believe he needs help with shelter as well.
