Behind, for sure, it takes me to things from a month ago. But sometimes it takes me to things I didn't see via email.

I usually open the link from the email to read and reply. The “bell” I rarely use. I find it is too general and behind.

oh, and the unread pnes are usually shaded gray and the ones that you read are white.

I don't access on my phone at all. I also don't use the "bell". I think it my drive me nuts, my phone is always going off for e-mails, FB notification, texts, etc. It's always beeping of dinging already! LOL I am very good about using my laptop, and find it a lot easier to type messages!
