Members shared deeply personal holiday wishes in response to what could improve their lives with HIV, with emotional themes ranging from longing for companionship and feeling like damaged goods to practical needs like affordable medications, dental care, transportation, and access to fitness facilities. Several members expressed wishes for a cure, hope, rest, and financial relief from debt and medical costs, while others found meaning in giving back through charity work, spending time with family, or reaching out to support those who will be alone during the holidays. A recurring theme was the desire to move beyond isolation and stigma, with members offering each other spiritual support, encouragement to stay positive, and reminders that being alone is better than remaining in relationships that no longer serve their well-being.

Honestly, a vehicle. Six months ago, I moved to Athens Ohio from Huntington, West Virginia to gain control of my life and become a better person. I’m a recovering alcoholic with seven months and two days sober.!!!!

My wish would be that the greedy pharmaceutical companies and the government would stop letting him do this keep making billions and billions of dollars a year on treatment and actually release a cure you know they have one but as long as they're allowed to make billions of dollars in treatment it will never be released that's what I wish they'd prosecute these greedy pharmaceutical companies if they get medication to make it undetectable you know damn well since the 80s they've been working on it there's a cure I might be cynical but I don't trust today company that's allowed to make billions and billions of dollars on other people's misery they need to be forced to release their damn cures already and that's the God's honest truth or the people believe it or not it's all greed

I live thru the the same. Cheating partner but I always knew I never wanted to marry him. After 11 years I said enough is enough and got out of such a horrible relationship or whatever it was. I was scared to be alone at my age but now i see that it was the best decision I have ever made. You will find your inner strength to move on or he will push it out of you. It’s hard to be alone yes but it’s so wonderful to feel finally happy with oneself.
