I am definitely happy that I stopped tobacco on July 12, 2020, after smoking since I was 15, that was 45 years of tobacco use every day. I can't fathom the cost.
The oxygen will help, be mindful of indoor air quality too, get some fresh air outside when weather permits.

Well, we found out the answer of the low oxygen level and it’s my emphysema flared up so I’m on an inhaler and oxygen maybe for life if it doesn’t get any better🤭

Thank you they’re ordering me oxygen today so hopefully that’ll make me feel somewhat better. It’s probably years of smoking. I haven’t smoked and nine years but it’s probably from all the years before that.🤭❤️
