I'm going to need some assistance with branding and choosing advertisers. I'd like to think I am helping those willing to get in on the ground floor. I would even consider a discount on the first 30 or so memberships or subscriptions or whatever they are called. I would reward any ideas that bring in the $$$$ (is that enough of those?) with like a 10% partnership on profit. I think this could be lucrative. We could make myHIVteam into a sort of cash cow. 🤑🤩🥳

@A myHIVteam Member. Where I pick up prescriptions, the line forms beside endless products that make all sorts of claims none substantiated by science.

The process by which we certify medicines is rigorous. During the AIDS crisis, many felt it was too rigorous and that medications should be released to people willing to take them. It was a time of desperation. Anthony Fauci was vilified for not expediting the process. But, many, if not all, of those medications proved ineffective. There is a reason why we test, test, test, and test, again.

The supplement industry is not subject to the same level of rigor. Immune boosting chocolates need only be nontoxic. It is up to the buyer to beware.

I was just making a joke about wanting to be an "influencer", because, in the age of the internet, it is the ticket to your "15 minutes of fame."

To prolong your 15 minutes, you have to market something to the people who trust you, as trust is the currency of the influencer.

Then I launched into the land of the unscrupulous influencer where guys like Oz, Mr Pillow, Alex Jones, have parlayed their fan following into millions. It even put Oz into the running for political office in a state for which he had no residency.

Voters put an end to the snake oil salesman, fortunately. Although the man elected (John Fetterman) has had his own struggles.

Thanks for playing @A myHIVteam Member. We have some lovely parting 🎁 🎁 gifts. No offense ever intended. 🤠

I’m neither an influencer nor an influencee, so I doubt I can help, but I wish you well.

That donkey has teeth just like mine @A myHIVteam Member. (That's as close to a Donkey Daddy as I am ever going to get. Mike, on the other hand... 😳).
