Where are you coming from? There are literally millions of people, with HIV, who travel to and from the United States yearly. You do not have to disclose having HIV in order to travel to the states. Come visit Maui, we need visitor dollars to help in our recovery efforts. Aloha!

On January 4, 2010, a new federal rule went into effect that lifted the 22-year restriction on immigration and travel to the United States for non-U.S. citizens living with HIV/AIDS.

In these days of modern medicine I can't see this as a problem. Maybe I would check with a travel consultant or your doctor.
