I follow Eliyah Mashiach on Instagram. He has written a few books on natural remedies. I use some of his natural health tips in addition to vitamins. I drink Bragg apple cider vinegar daily mixed with water. Incorporate garlic in my food daily or chop it and take it like a pill, etc. Stay active and exercise as much as possible. It’s obviously not a cure however it helps with cleansing and boosting the body. I have found it to be helpful. I hope this was helpful. Good luck and good health!!!

God bless you in the sense that there's a rare percentage of HIV patients in the world that are drug-free and undetectable. Most of us must take meds to keep the virus at Bay from extending itself into other diseases such as cardiovascular, arthritis, kidneys and so on. Please keep up the good work I've worked with men in the past in the 1980s and 1990s who use vitamins as a method to keep the virus at bay. Ultimately they did go on medication because the virus became detectable and attacked their organs..

If you are HIV+, and can maintain undetectability and a decent CD4 count without ART meds, MORE POWER TO YOU. You would be one rare soul. I personally have been on Biktarvy since day one and it’s keeping me from descending into AIDS with little to no side effects. Without them, at my age, it’d be a quick trip to the grave. But I’m sure others will weigh in. Good luck to ya.
