if I’m pregnant(I am not currently pregnant or anything,)currently pregnant or anything, and give birth vaginally, do I pass it on to my kids? Do I have to do a C-section in order to not pass it along to my children? Sorry if that’s a dumb question I again have been so sheltered in my life. For those of you who wear the reusable face mask and not the disposable, how do you clean your mask?
Do you:
1) Put them in the washing machine?
2) Wash them by hand?
3) Boil them?
4) Wash them in the dishwasher?
I have just been washing them in my washing machine, but today I decided to boil them on the stove top. Tomorrow I might try putting them in the dishwasher. So, how do you clean yours?
I carry alcohol mix ( 2cups alcohol 70% to 1 cup water) in my car and after leaving a place I spray my mask 😷👍🏻
These are the 2meds I'm on I take them once a day and have been undetectable for years... Any complications or side effects?

I know for sure men with HIV in bath houses do not disclose their status. PREP and PEP doesnt help the conversation. I have seen unsafe sex in bathhouses. I have seen even worse without
I think that at some point we all have that thing of not eating but nothing serious. I didn't eat for 4 days because I wasn't hungry but after that I ate a world of things

Do you tell them within days, weeks, months, right before you have sex? Like when is the right time to expose yourself to someone?
