I am curious if having a high fibre diet is good and if so what does it do to the body?

Now that the pharmaceutical companies have found a way to keep us alive for 30+ years with a one a day pill,what’s the incentive for them to come up with another pill. I am outside currently in Russia and had some medication stolen from a hotel room. Through some contacts here I tried to find some meds but actually there is a huge shortage of meds here. So it is Wednesday and I took my last pill of Biktary. I land back in the U.S. on Sunday evening and should to immediately have pills waiting for me. But will miss 3 doses.

Is Biktary a forgiving drug? How much danger am I in at becoming detectable? Drug resistance?

As we are still alive because of Dr. Fauci with his incredible work with AIDS & HIV. My ID doctor prescribed me this med on the rare occasion when I have sex lol. He said take 2 pills right after sex to prevent other sexually transmitted diseases. He also said it’s good for Lyme disease. However I have no intention of having sex with a tick 🥹. Has anyone used this before? My doctor says it’s good for syphilis which he says is out of control in the United States
