What Works Best For People…. The myHIVteam App, The myHIVteam Website… And Does It Matter Whether You Use An Android Or IOS, Or Desktop?
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

I use the website and an iPhone. The app seems completely different, and I’m not sure it’s even compatible with iOS (?). Although I have an Apple desktop, I prefer my phone. But, I have heard it’s better to use the website on desktop. Tips welcome. Thanks.

I use the website on the computer, i use the website on my android phone, and I use the app on the phone. Just depends on what room I'm in and what I want to do on the site. Some things work better than others depending what I want to do.

Thanks for the input. Even using the website, I still can’t see anyone’s pictures from their Pinboards. I can see the minimized version, but opening it just gives me a long blank screen. Like it fails to load any of the pictures.

I managed to see your photos… on iOS 16.3 (Beautiful man with a nice smile, btw. And not in a million years would I have thought you being poz for 30-odd years!👍🏻)
Not checked on OSX yet but I am sure a wealth of functions will be revealed to me on my Mac.

Website on my desktop. The app on my phone no longer functions as well. Using the website on my phone does better. My primary use is the desktop for better viewing and more functionality.

@A myHIVteam Member. I now have the app on my iPhone, and it seems to work well. I guess many of the bugs have been resolved.
