Members shared deeply personal reflections on what parts of themselves they hope to preserve as they age and navigate health challenges, with common themes including humor, independence, memory, and the ability to care for others. Several members emphasized wanting to maintain their sense of humor, mental sharpness, mobility, sobriety, and cultural values of generosity and love, while others expressed fears about losing cognitive abilities or their identity due to illness. A recurring theme was the desire to stay connected to one's authentic self, remain physically capable, and continue bringing joy and kindness to others despite the inevitable changes that come with time and health conditions.

I never want to lose my servitude towards others giving freely to those in need.
Growing up in Hawaii and being a Hawaiian native, it is inherent in our culture to be giving and loving. I have instilled this in my children and grandchildren to spread our Aloha and Mana'o (Love and Knowledge) in everything we do.
To remain at peace within and maintain a life balance.
I will ride with the tide, but it will never sway me from my beliefs and convictions. Always treat others as I would want to be treated.
Alexander, you have questions that are deep and thought provoking.
Mahalo for the question, sending my Aloha! Johnathan

Is it okay, just too say All Of Me?
I never want to lose All of me?
If I lose all of me, then what is there for me to share with you or anyone?
If I lost all of me, would I've even been able to answer this question?
Things that make you go, Hmm 🤔
