I’ve had folliculitis, I have a reoccuring fungal infection that pops up a couple times a year on my chin and had an unknown spot on my inner thigh, the doctors thought was ringworm. It didn’t respond to treatments. Then it was biopsied and wasn’t fungal or bacterial in nature, it was also not cancerous. It went away after a while but doctors were at a total loss as to what it was. My doctor jokes that if there is something weird, I’m the one that’s going to come in with it…LOL
