They have some good suggestions to help prove you disclosed your HIV status. But they admit it NO GUARANTEE even if you do everything correctly and tell your sex partners about your status that you won’t still be prosecuted

I said this before every state has there own Law on HIV don't think cause one is Undetectable you can't get prosicutive in Florida no joke they will put one away for up to 30yrs the law still looks at HIV as a Death Sentence everyone has to look up HIV in your own State Country to see the law behind HIV no one is safe I always write a Contract with partners I don't date no one without HIV and even them they will sign a Contract this is nothing new in my.
