How Many Of You Have HIV And Herpes?

I was diagnosed with HIV in 2015. I have come to terms with that and my partner knows and is very understanding. However here recently i was diagnosed with Herpes and i am having a hard time dealing with it mentally. If anyone has both do you have any feedback or an kind of advice on how to cope with all these negative thoughts and feelings. I feel like im a leper.
