Major Sleep Problems!

I have always had problems with sleep but at 67 and with HIV my sleep patterns have gone from 6 hours to 3-4 hours of sleep. I take Trazedone, Zopoclone, Meletonin 2 different types and still wake up as if I have been slapped in the face. At this point I either am faced with taking more medications to get another 3-4 hours of unrestful sleep. I am tired of being tired! My doctors simply shake their heads and offer another medication. I have tried gummies and they work short term. Never a smoker so that is out.

I can concur with @A myHIVteam Member. I had trouble sleeping a few years ago and cannabis helps me sleep through the night.
I use the edible form because I was never a smoker.

Unfortunately insomnia does creep up on a lot of us. I personally take CBD and medical cannabis especially Indica which is more of a relaxing form of cannabis. I hope it helps
