Thank you for posting this. I had a bone density test done. The doctor put me a medication called Fosomax to help my bone density. Some days my bones hurt especially in colder weather but I'm hopeful that after being on the bone density medication for awhile it will slow the pain down and strengthen my bones

My bones hurt alot also and Thank you for sharing this also I do Sea salt baths,yoga,heating pads and Vitamin D3 and Apple cider vinegar ☺️

Thanks for posting this. I had a bone density test then have to take vitamin D and had to have a calcium iv done. Guess I have poor bone density.
