I was looking over my cd4% over the last 7 years. My percentage has never risen over .6. My highest CD4 has been 623. Is .6 normal? My Dr. doesn't seem worried about it.
A CD4:CD8 ratio is calculated by dividing the number of CD4+ T cells by the number of CD8+ T cells; this ratio is usually greater than 1 in immunocompetent individuals . However, in HIV infection, the CD4:CD8 ratio is usually less than 1.
