I am getting and “error: invalid data” message any time I try to edit or update my story. I have to go though Chrome instead of using the app i downloaded. Perhaps because I’m using an iPhone or perhaps it’s an issue with the app it’s self…I was on the app a couple years ago and stopped using the site because of similar issues, I had a Samsung Galaxy at that time. Also, having issues being able to see notifications or marking them as read and the app will not save my info when I log on, even when selecting the “remember me” button. So frustrating, that mist of the time i just don’t bother with any “features/functions” beyond looking at “all activity”.

Perhaps there is an update for the app on your phone or maybe Apple simply wants you to buy the newest iPhone13 to keep their pockets lined LOL!
I always opt to visit and correspond on my desk top and not my smartphone being easier for me to view the 40 inch monitor and type on a full size key board while sitting in comfort, when you get to be my age the bigger the better.
I have always used samsung galaxy currently the A20 with automatic updates to keep all of my apps up to date including MyHIVTeam app.

I have a Samsung Galaxy and it works just fine for me.

After trying both safari and Opera web browser i finally tried Firefox on my apple iPhone and it seems to work.
I still can’t log into the official app Still getting error messages and my phone is updated with the latest iOS

I get it too lol but once i reload the site the glitch goes away.
